Korčuľa (963 m) is a quiet, off-the-beaten-path summit in the Podbeskydská vrchovina hills, rising above the village of Oravská Lesná. It's a great pick for hikers who prefer solitude and untouched forest over crowded marked trails.
The summit is covered by patchy forest, which still allows limited but rewarding views of the surrounding hills of the Podbeskydská vrchovina, and on clear days even the Kysucké and Oravské Beskids, Oravská Magura and Malá Fatra ranges. The terrain is gentle and typical of the Central Beskids, with a peaceful, undisturbed character throughout the seasons. The peak lies within the Horná Orava Protected Landscape Area.
