The Čtyřlístek Museum is the only museum in the world dedicated to the beloved Czech comic Čtyřlístek by Jaroslav Němeček. It is located in the castle in Doksy, right in the heart of the Mácha Region that inspired the whole series. It makes a great stop for families combining culture with a lakeside holiday.

The comic's fictional town of Třeskoprsky is actually Doksy, the Blaťák pond is Mácha Lake, and Bezzub Castle is the nearby Bezděz. The museum has a colorful, family-friendly atmosphere all year round, offering an interactive journey through the comic's history, while the surrounding lake buzzes with visitors in summer and turns quiet and peaceful in winter.

Fun fact: the guidebook to the nature trail around Blaťák was illustrated by the comic's own author, Jaroslav Němeček, who owns a cottage in the area.
