Standing tall just east of the summit of Lysá hora (1324 m), this 78-metre television transmitter tower is one of the most recognisable landmarks of the Moravian-Silesian Beskids. It's a striking mix of engineering and mountain wilderness that draws hikers from all over the region.

The surrounding terrain is classic Beskid highland - open ridgelines, sweeping winds, and on clear days, views stretching far across the range. In summer the area buzzes with hikers and families enjoying the open slopes, while in winter it transforms into a snowy, almost alpine landscape, though trails can get icy and demand caution.

Broadcasting since 1980, the transmitter has covered the entire Moravian-Silesian Region with television signal for decades - a working piece of Czechoslovak broadcasting history standing right on the mountain ridge.
