Prysłip Pass is a quiet and charming mountain crossing in the Ukrainian Carpathians, sitting at 836 metres above sea level. It marks the boundary between two districts and two ridge systems, making it a natural crossroads for hikers exploring this beautiful corner of Zakarpattia.

The pass lies on the watershed between the Tereblya and Teresva rivers, tucked between the Krasna ridge to the south and Strymba to the north. The scenery is quintessentially Carpathian — rolling forested ridges, peaceful valleys and crisp mountain air. Spring and summer bring vivid greenery, while autumn transforms the hillsides into a tapestry of gold and amber. The pass is closed in winter and sees no traffic during the cold months.

• From the village of Nimetska Mokra or Kolochava — a local road connects both villages via the pass; the road was renovated in 2016 and is passable for regular cars in the warmer seasons; closed to vehicles with trailers.

• A small chapel and rest area with gazebos, picnic tables and a toilet are available at the pass.
• Hiking trails lead from the pass towards the Krasna and Strymba ridges — great for half-day outings.
• The pass is inaccessible in winter.
