Drienovecká Cave is a hidden gem tucked into the Jasov Plateau of the Slovak Karst National Park — a resurgence river cave featuring underground lakes, small waterfalls and unique calcite monocrystals that make it truly one of a kind. As part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1995, it offers a rare glimpse into the underground world of one of Europe's finest karst landscapes.

The cave sits within a beautifully wild limestone landscape in eastern Slovakia. The surrounding forest and rocky terrain create a peaceful, almost timeless atmosphere. In summer, the cool air drifting from the cave entrance provides welcome relief from the heat, while in winter the cave becomes a vital hibernation refuge for bat colonies. Just to the south, the Drienovec Spa adds a relaxing finish to any visit to the area.
