Staishche is a small mountain village tucked into the Carpathian hills, offering a genuine slice of Hutsul life alongside surprisingly comfortable places to stay. It is the kind of spot where the pace slows down and nature takes the lead.

The village borders Iltsi, Kryvopillia, Volova, Velykyi Khodak and Vipche, and the only river flowing through it, the Iltsia, gives the landscape its gentle rhythm. Surrounded by wooded hills and quiet valleys, Staishche feels peaceful in every season - lush and green in summer, softly muffled under snow in winter.
