Litvínov Chateau is a baroque gem in the heart of the town, blending centuries of history into one striking building. From a medieval fortress to an aristocratic residence and now a lively cultural hub, it tells the story of the region through its very walls.

The four-wing, single-storey chateau surrounds a square courtyard, with its garden facade highlighted by a two-storey central risalit topped with a mansard roof. Around it spreads an eight-hectare English-style park, a peaceful spot to wander in any season - fresh and green in spring, golden and quiet in autumn. Inside, the ground-floor rooms are covered with barrel vaults with lunettes, and the rear passageway holds four Renaissance tombstones of the Lords of John dating from the 16th century.
