This wooden Greek Catholic church in Uście Gorlickie is one of the finest examples of Lemko sacral architecture, instantly recognisable by its tent-roofed tower and quiet, timeworn charm. It's part of the Wooden Architecture Route in Lesser Poland, with roots going back to the 16th century, although the current building dates from 1786.

The surrounding landscape is classic Beskid Niski — gentle hills, quiet country lanes and a peaceful atmosphere that rewards a slow visit. In summer the church sits among green meadows, autumn brings a golden backdrop to the hills, and in winter the snow-covered wooden structure looks almost fairy-tale like. It's a lovely stop for hikers exploring this corner of the Beskids.
