Igliczna (845 m a.s.l.) is one of the most distinctive summits in the Śnieżnik Massif — a sharp, cone-shaped peak with steep sides that instantly stands out against the skyline near Międzygórze. It combines a rewarding hike through spruce forest with a hilltop sanctuary and a sweeping mountain panorama.

The peak sits at the western tip of a long ridge stretching from Czarna Góra and Jaworowa Kopa, and its pointed silhouette is recognisable from miles around. The summit is built from gneiss rocks that form a rocky crest rising out of a boulder field at the very top, with numerous gneis outcrops scattered across the slopes. Dense lower-montane spruce forest, mixed with deciduous trees, covers most of the mountain — pleasantly cool in summer and beautifully colourful in autumn. From the summit and the viewpoint near the mountain shelter you can enjoy a broad panorama of Śnieżnik, Czarna Góra and much of the Kłodzko Valley region.

• A private mountain shelter 'Na Iglicznej' is located just below the summit, offering accommodation and refreshments.
• A viewpoint near the shelter provides a panorama of Śnieżnik and Czarna Góra.
• A late Baroque pilgrimage chapel 'Maria Śnieżna' (built 1781–1782) stands on the slope, with a Stations of the Cross path leading up to the summit.
• The peak lies within the Śnieżnik Landscape Park.
