The landscape here is characterised by gently rolling ridges cut through by clear mountain streams, dense lower-montane forests blending spruce, beech and larch, and open glades that frame sweeping views. The eastern slopes drop steeply toward spa towns nestled in the valleys, while the western flanks descend into the scenic Wild Orlica Valley — a natural border with the Czech Republic. On a clear day, the panoramas from the summit observation tower stretch all the way to the Śnieżnik Massif and the Orlickie Mountains.

Fun fact: Jagodna sits precisely on the European watershed — rainwater falling on its eastern slopes eventually reaches the Baltic Sea, while water on the western side flows all the way to the North Sea.
