Golmer Joch rises to 2124 m above sea level along the Golmer Grat ridge in the eastern Rätikon range, in the Austrian state of Vorarlberg, just west of Tschagguns. It's a peak that combines easy access with genuine alpine character, making it a favorite for both summer hikers and winter skiers.

The Golm area is known for its contrasts - a well-developed ski resort with numerous lifts sits alongside wild ridgelines and rugged neighboring summits. Along the Golmer Grat you'll find Latschätzkopf (2219 m) to the southwest, separated by an unnamed saddle at 2094 m, and further along, Kreuzjoch (2261 m). To the south, across the Latschätzalpe, rises Geißspitze at 2334 m. In summer, the trails reward hikers with sweeping views across the Rätikon, while winter transforms the slopes into a popular ski area.

How to reach the summit

• From Grüneck, the top station of the Golmerbahn gondola (accessible from Vandans) - via the Golmer Höhenweg, about 4 hours to Lindauer Hütte, moderate difficulty, partly secured with cable
• The trail continues as the Geißspitzweg all the way to Lindauer Hütte at 1744 m
