Buczynka, also known as Szlakówka, is a modest peak in the Pilsko massif within the Żywiec Beskids, offering a quiet, laid-back hiking experience away from the busier trails. It's a great pick for travellers who enjoy forested slopes and a touch of winter skiing on the side.

The summit is almost entirely covered in forest, except for its north-eastern slopes where the scenic Polana Buczynka meadow opens up. Once used for grazing livestock, it now hosts a small ski tow, while two larger lifts carry skiers directly up to the top of Szlakówka — all part of the extensive Pilsko Ski Resort in Korbielów. In summer, the atmosphere turns peaceful, with shaded forest paths following the Buczynka stream making for a pleasant walk.
