A neoclassical palace surrounded by one of the most beautiful landscape parks in Lower Silesia – Bukowiec palace enchants visitors with its architecture and the atmosphere of a two-century-old English-style ornamental farm. This is a true gem of the Jelenia Góra Valley, tucked at the foot of the Karkonosze Mountains.

A walk through the sprawling romantic park, among old trees, garden pavilions and farm buildings, feels like stepping into another world. Views of the nearby Karkonosze peaks add charm in every season – lively green in spring, colorful foliage in autumn, and a sleepy, fairy-tale mood in winter. How to get there

• Bukowiec – accessible by local road from Mysłakowice, a few minutes' walk from the parking area to the palace, flat terrain, easy for everyone
• Can be combined with visits to other palaces of the Jelenia Góra Valley, such as Wojanów or Łomnica

• The palace currently houses the seat of the Karkonosze Municipalities Association
• The farm and park are leased by the Valley of Palaces and Gardens Foundation, which plans an education and training center here

The palace owes its present shape to Count Friedrich Wilhelm von Reden, a Prussian mining minister, who was inspired by his travels to England to create this unique ornamental farm estate.
