Tucked away in the village of Jurowce near Sanok, this wooden church is a real gem of Subcarpathian sacred architecture — a former Greek Catholic church that has served as a Roman Catholic parish church since 1946. Its three distinctive domes rising along the main axis are visible from afar, a sure sign this detour is worth taking.

Jurowce sits in a calm, gently rolling corner of the Pogórze foothills, making a stop here a peaceful contrast to the tougher trails of the Bieszczady or Beskid Niski mountains further south. In spring and summer the surrounding green hills lend the place a quiet charm, in autumn the nearby forests turn golden, and in winter the snow-capped domes make for a truly picturesque sight. This is more of a contemplative stop than a physical challenge — perfect for a short break during a longer trip around the Sanok region.
