Tucked into the gentle hills of the Beskid Niski, this wooden church in Świątkowa Wielka is a beautiful remnant of Lemko sacred architecture. Built in 1757 as a Greek Catholic church, it now serves as a Roman Catholic filial church, carrying centuries of history within its timber walls.

The surrounding landscape is quintessential Beskid countryside — soft hills, quiet valleys, and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for slow exploration. In summer the church is framed by lush greenery, autumn brings golden hues to the hillsides, and winter blankets the wooden structure in snow, highlighting its striking silhouette and onion-domed tower.
