Smilniansky vrch (750 m a.s.l.) is the highest peak of the Ondava Highlands, a scenic subrange of the Low Beskids in northeastern Slovakia. It's a quiet, forested summit that rewards those who enjoy off-the-beaten-path adventures far from crowded tourist trails.

The massif rises as an isolated wooded dome, surrounded by the Zborov Basin from the north, west and south, and by the Ondava valley to the northeast. The dense forest cover means the very summit offers only limited views — but from well-chosen spots on the slopes you can take in the surrounding peaks of the Ondava Highlands and the neighbouring Busov range, and on clear days even the Čergov hills, the Slanské Mountains, and occasionally the distant Tatras. The terrain is gentle and pleasant in all seasons — lush and green in spring and summer, painted in warm colours come autumn.
