Pośredni Cubryński Przechód is a shallow saddle tucked into the eastern ridge of Cubryna, sitting at roughly 1865 m in the Polish Tatras. This is a spot for seasoned mountaineers rather than casual hikers, reachable only through demanding rocky terrain.

The saddle lies between Cubryńska Igła (approx. 1905 m) and the ridge of Cubryński Koń (approx. 1870 m). Cubryńska Igła drops down to the saddle via a vertical step, with a distinctive rock tooth standing between the step and the saddle itself. The surroundings are rugged and rocky, typical of the high Tatra terrain - jagged ridgelines, steep walls, and views stretching across neighboring rock towers.

How to reach the viewpoint

• Access is only possible for experienced climbers using established climbing routes - no marked hiking trail leads here
• The Zetka route (from Ucho to the summit of Turnia Zwornikowa) crosses the saddle, grade II on the Tatra scale, approx. 1h
• Alternatively, the Vogel route follows the eastern pillar of Turnia Zwornikowa, grade V, approx. 4h

The name of the saddle was introduced by Władysław Cywiński in the 8th volume of the 'Tatry' guidebook, as part of an effort to formalize naming for this hard-to-reach part of Cubryna.
