Mięguszowiecki Przechód is a narrow rocky notch tucked high in the main ridge of the High Tatras, between Mięguszowiecki Szczyt and Mięguszowiecka Turniczka. This spot is for seasoned mountaineers who appreciate the raw character of high-altitude passes far from the crowds.

Here you stand right on the Polish-Slovak border, surrounded by jagged rock towers and steep walls. The views are wild and dramatic - below, toward the Wielka Galeria Cubryńska, the steep Rynna Szulakiewicza gully drops away, and slightly lower you can spot the distinctive Zachód Janczewskiego traverse. On the opposite side, toward Dolina Hińczowa, a narrow gully descends. In summer the rocks warm under the sun and silence is broken only by the wind; in winter and early spring the pass can be snow-covered and demands experience and proper gear.

• From Hińczowa Przełęcz - an easy climbing route, suitable for those with rock scrambling experience
• Alternatively, several more demanding wall routes lead directly to Mięguszowiecki Szczyt

The name was given by Władysław Cywiński, a renowned expert and chronicler of Tatra peaks and passes - thanks to people like him, many corners of the High Tatras have received their names and descriptions.
