Mała Świstówka is a small hanging valley branching off from the Miętusia Valley in the Polish Western Tatras - a place for those seeking something beyond the beaten path. It's a land of rocky walls, scree slopes and deep caves, visited mainly by cavers rather than crowds of tourists.

The valley stretches about 1200 m in length and 600 m in width, with a raw, rocky character. Its north-western walls are formed by the Miętusie Turnie towers, while the south-eastern side is bordered by the Dziurawa Baszta pillar. Only the lower section is forested; higher up, limestone and dolomite rock dominates alongside rich lime-loving vegetation. In winter the terrain becomes especially dangerous due to avalanches, requiring great caution and mountain experience.
