In winter, deep snow blankets the valleys of Stillachtal and Trettachtal, transforming them into serene white landscapes best suited to experienced winter hikers.

• Kanzelwand and Fellhornbahn area - access near the German-Austrian border, recommended for more experienced hikers

• Protected since 1992 - picking plants or disturbing wildlife is prohibited
