Wilcze Budy (759 m) is one of the highest summits in the Bukowica Range of the Low Beskids — a quiet, forest-clad peak that rewards hikers with the peaceful atmosphere of beech and fir woodland, well off the beaten track. If you love unspoiled Carpathian ridges with a true sense of solitude, this is your kind of mountain.

Situated in the central part of the Bukowica Ridge, the peak acts as an orographic node from which a side spur branches off to the southwest, descending through Suchy Wierch and Kowalowa toward the confluence of the Meleniwka and Głęboki streams. The slopes on both sides of the ridge are fairly steep and entirely forested with mixed beech-fir stands. A forest path runs along the ridge crest. In summer the dense canopy offers welcome shade, while autumn transforms the hillsides into a blaze of gold and copper.

• Puławy village — red trail (Main Beskid Trail), via Zrubań and Pańskie Łuki to Wilcze Budy — moderate difficulty.
• Komańcza — red trail, via Kamień, Przybyszów and Tokarnia to Wilcze Budy — moderate difficulty.
