Sucha Kopa (1,063 m a.s.l.) is one of the quietest and most unspoiled summits in the Bialskie Mountains — a perfect escape for hikers who value solitude over crowds. Its broad, forested ridge covered in spruce and mixed spruce-beech woodland hides charming clearings and invites you to slow down and breathe.

The mountain has a gentle, immersive character. Instead of dramatic rocky outcrops you will find intimate forest meadows: Przednia Płoń on the southern slope, Polana Owczarska near the eastern approach, and Jawornicka Łąka nestled between Sucha Kopa and its neighbour Suszyca (1,047 m). On the south-eastern slope, alongside the historic Marianna Road, look out for Szary Głaz — a picturesque group of slate rock formations emerging from the forest floor at around 870 m a.s.l. In winter the forest tracks become a quiet paradise for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.

• From Nowa Morawa or Stary Gierałtów — blue hiking trail (international E3 Atlantic–Black Sea trail), following the Marianna Road along the south-eastern slope of the massif; difficulty: moderate.
• Via Wielkie Rozdroże pass (964 m) or Sucha pass (1,002 m) — both lying on the eastern side of the summit, connected to the blue trail between Kamienica and Stary Gierałtów.

• A blue cycling route from the PTTK hut 'Na Śnieżniku' to Gierałtów Pass also follows the Marianna Road — a rewarding MTB outing.
• Sucha Kopa is listed among the least visited areas of the Bialskie Mountains, so expect genuine peace and wildlife encounters on the trails.

The peak was historically also called Dzialec — a name that hints at the long pastoral history of these slopes, still echoed in the names of the local forest clearings.
