Stežky (1,530 m a.s.l.) is a wild and protected peak in the Belianske Tatry range — a place where dwarf pine reigns supreme and the summit itself sits right on the boundary between two nature reserves. It won't reward you with a triumphant cairn photo, but the surrounding landscape is genuinely stunning.

The peak rises from a ridge running southward from Bujačí vrch (1,947 m) in the main Belianske Tatry crest. The summit is blanketed by dense dwarf pine, which limits views from the very top, but from favourable spots nearby you can take in a sweeping panorama of the Poprad Basin, the peaks of both the Belianske and High Tatras, Spišská Magura, the Pieniny range, Branisko, and even the eastern edge of the Low Tatras. In winter the area is rugged and remote; in summer it offers a peaceful, green escape far from the busiest Tatra crowds.

• Yellow trail — through the Valley of Seven Springs (Dolina siedmich prameňov) from the Čierna voda junction to Plesnivec mountain hut — passes near the massif.
• Blue trail — through the Kežmarská Biela voda valley from Tatranské Matliare to Veľké Biele pleso — an alternative route in the vicinity.
• Green trail — from Šumivý prameň around the Plesnivec hut to Veľké Biele pleso.

• The summit lies within Tatra National Park and on the boundary of two national nature reserves ('Belianske Tatry' and 'Dolina Bielej vody kežmarskej') — access to the top itself is not permitted.
• There is no marked hiking trail leading directly to the summit.
• Nearest villages: Kežmarské Žľaby and Tatranská Lomnica to the south, Tatranská Kotlina to the east.

The fact that two separate national nature reserves meet exactly at this summit is a rare distinction — a quiet sign of just how ecologically precious this corner of the Tatras really is.
