Přední vršek is a quiet, low hill on the fringes of the Czech Central Uplands, perfect for a short and peaceful walk away from the crowds. At just 279 metres, it's an easy destination that still rewards visitors with a genuine taste of this scenic region.

The hill sits on the slope of a plateau in the foreland of the České středohoří range, near the higher summit of Libčeveský vršek (299 m). Other nearby summits include Krušina, Syslík and Malý vrch. The landscape here is gentle, covered with forests and meadows, and part of the slope is protected as the Třtěnské stráně nature reserve. In spring and summer the area buzzes with birdsong and wildflowers, autumn brings rich colours to the woods, and winter offers stillness and solitude far from busier trails.
