Niemcowa (963 m a.s.l.) is a quiet, off-the-beaten-path summit in the Radziejowa Range of the Beskid Sądecki mountains in southern Poland — perfect for hikers who want to escape the crowds and enjoy unspoiled forest ridges. It may not be the most prominent peak in the range, but its peaceful character makes it a hidden gem.

The summit is surrounded by old meadows and farmland slowly being reclaimed by forest. Just below the top lies the Kramarka clearing, and along the ridge towards Kordowiec you will find a string of further glades: Poczekaj, Stos and the Niemcowa clearing itself. Two streams — Młodowski Potok and Podskalnianka — rise near the summit. The atmosphere changes beautifully with the seasons: lush green in spring, a blaze of beech gold in autumn.

• The Main Beskid Trail (Główny Szlak Beskidzki) runs across the summit, connecting Rytro — Niemcowa — Złotułki — Radziejowa.
• Nearby, on the Trześniowy Groń clearing, there is a student mountain hut called 'Chatka pod Niemcową' — reachable from the yellow trail from Piwniczna (3 min from the trail junction).
• The peak is sometimes labelled 'Zołotułki' or 'Złotułki' on older maps — useful to know when navigating.

Niemcowa sits within the town limits of Piwniczna-Zdrój — a charming spa town in the Poprad valley that makes an excellent base for exploring the whole Radziejowa Range.
