Małe Skrzyczne is a gentle, flat-topped rise on the ridge connecting Skrzyczne with Malinowska Skała in the Silesian Beskids — the third highest named peak in this mountain group. It's a place that surprises with open views where you'd least expect them.

The character of this summit is shaped by broad meadows and its massive north-western shoulder, home to Hala Skrzyczeńska. Here, in Szczyrk, lies one of the region's main ski centers — the Czyrna-Solisko Ski Resort. The steep northern slopes descending toward the Czyrna valley were completely deforested in the 1990s, which — somewhat paradoxically — turned the area into an excellent viewpoint, though winter hikers should be mindful of avalanche risk. In summer it's a landscape of picturesque open pastures, while winter brings a stark, white panorama over the whole ridge.
