Malá Litvorová veža (2547 m a.s.l.) is a striking rock tower in the northern ridge of Zadný Gerlachovský štít in the High Tatras — the kind of sharp, dramatic peak that catches your eye from the valley and makes you want to get closer. It sits between Zadná Gerlachovská lávka and Lučivianska lávka, forming a bold silhouette against the Tatra skyline.

The terrain here is pure high-mountain alpine: sheer rock faces, steep ridges and a sense of exposure that keeps you focused. In summer the sun warms the granite and the views across the surrounding Tatra peaks are genuinely spectacular. In winter and spring the tower takes on an even more serious character, draped in snow and ice — a proper mountaineering objective for those who seek it.

The name comes from Litvorová Valley — 'litvor' is the folk name for garden angelica (Archangelica officinalis), a rare glacial relic that still grows in the dwarf pine belt of the High Tatras. It was once harvested by root gatherers for medicinal extracts said to cure 'nine diseases'.
