Kýčerka is a modest yet charming peak in the Kysuce Mountains of Slovakia, perfect for hikers seeking a quiet trail away from the crowds. It rises above the hamlet of Balátovci, part of the well-known village of Terchová, and while it's not a dramatic summit, it has its own peaceful, off-the-beaten-path character.

On its southern slopes you'll find abandoned farmland and a deserted farmhouse with outbuildings — remnants of a mountain homestead that give the place a quietly nostalgic feel. The ridge is carved by small streams, including the Strucháreň to the south and two tributaries of the Bystrica river to the north. Atop the ridge lies a broad open meadow, also called Kýčerka, offering views over the surrounding Kysuce hills.
