Kozia Turnia (2,111 m a.s.l.) is one of the most striking peaks along the Kozi Ridge in the eastern High Tatras. Rocky, wild and off-limits to casual walkers, it draws climbers and mountaineers seeking something beyond the well-trodden tourist paths.

The summit rises from a lateral ridge extending southeast from Jahňací štít (2,230 m), with its eastern slopes dropping into the Valley of White Lakes and the scenic Green Lake Valley opening to the south. From the top, a full panoramic view unfolds — surrounding High Tatra peaks, the Belianske Tatry ridge, the Valley of White Lakes and the Red Valley. In good visibility you can even spot parts of the Poprad Basin, the Slanské Hills, Branisko and the Levoča Hills. In winter and early spring the summit is cloaked in snow and ice, making the approach even more demanding and the atmosphere truly alpine.

• Chata pri Zelenom plese (Green Lake Hut) — the nearest base for climbers; no marked hiking trail leads to the actual summit; ascent is for experienced climbers or guided parties only.
• A yellow-marked trail runs from the Green Lake Hut towards Jahňací štít to the southwest; a red-marked trail connects Kopské sedlo via the junction near Veľké Biele pleso to the hut from the southeast — both pass in the vicinity but do not reach the summit.

• The summit is accessible only to climbers or with a licensed mountain guide — there is no marked tourist trail to the top.
• The peak lies within Tatra National Park and the Dolina Bielej vody kežmarskej National Nature Reserve.
• The nearest accommodation is the Green Lake Hut (Chata pri Zelenom plese), situated at the southern foot of the peak.

The first recorded ascent was made on 15 September 1904 by Janusz Chmielowski, Klemens Bachleda and Jan Bachleda-Tajber; the first winter ascent followed on 6 March 1906, by Günther Oskar Dyhrenfurth and Alfred Martin.
