Grodzisko (734 m a.s.l.) is a well-defined peak in the Sowie/Bardzkie Mountains of the Central Sudetes, rising about 4.6 km east of the centre of Kłodzko. Its sharply shaped summit and sweeping spruce-beech forests make it a quietly rewarding destination for those who enjoy unhurried forest hiking away from the crowds.

The mountain stands out for its distinctly steep western and eastern slopes, nestled between Jelenia Kopa and Przełęcz Podzamecka, making it easy to spot from the surrounding terrain. The dense forests covering the summit and its slopes provide welcome shade in summer and a brilliant display of colour in autumn. Woodland paths wind along both flanks below the summit, perfect for a relaxed walk.

During the Middle Polish Glaciation, Grodzisko rose above the ice sheet as a nunatak — a solitary rock island surrounded by glaciers — giving it a remarkable place in the geological story of the Sudetes.
