Czernica (1083 m a.s.l.) is the highest peak in the northern part of the Góry Bialskie range and one of the finest viewpoints in this corner of the Sudetes. A wooden observation tower built in 2014 crowns the summit, rewarding hikers with sweeping views over the Góry Bialskie, Góry Złote and the Śnieżnik Massif.

The slopes are covered with lower-montane spruce forest, though the summit area has been partially cleared by ecological damage, which actually opens up the views beautifully. The massif is built of metamorphic schists and gneisses, with the ridge dropping westward toward Jawornik Kobyliczny (995 m) and a spur extending east toward Płoska (1035 m). Autumn brings vivid colours to the surrounding forests, while winter transforms the area into a quiet, snow-covered retreat.

• Przełęcz Sucha (Sucha Pass) — red trail, leading via Nowy Gierałtów toward Przełęcz Gierałtowska; easy to moderate difficulty.
• Bielice — yellow trail via Przełęcz Dział to Stronie Śląskie; moderate difficulty.
• Nowa Morawa — blue trail (part of the international E3 Atlantic–Black Sea route) along the partly asphalted Dukt Dzialcowy to Stary Gierałtów; easy difficulty.

• A wooden observation tower has stood at the summit since mid-2014.
• The Dukt Dzialcowy forest road is also served by a blue cycling route from the PTTK 'Na Śnieżniku' hut to Przełęcz Gierałtowska and a red cycling route from Przełęcz Dział to Bielice, making the area accessible to mountain bikers as well.

The peak carries several names — Czarna Góra, Dzialec, and the German Schwarzenberg — all of them referencing the dark, dense spruce forests that have long defined its character.
