Ztracené kameny is a hidden gem in the Hrubý Jeseník range — a striking cluster of white Devonian quartzite boulders perched at 1251 metres, rewarding hikers with sweeping views and a genuine sense of wild mountain solitude. The summit rock formation measures roughly 24 by 13.5 metres and rises about 8 metres above the surrounding terrain, sitting in the middle of a sparse spruce forest carpeted with wild blueberries. Views from the top stretch across the neighbouring Hrubý Jeseník peaks, the Hanušovická vrchovina range, the town of Šumperk far below, and on clear days even the Králický Sněžník massif. The summit sits directly on the Great European Watershed — water falling here drains to both the Baltic and the Black Sea. In winter the boulder field takes on an austere beauty under snow, while summer and autumn bring colour and warmth to the surrounding forest.
