Mariborska koča is a small mountain hut perched on a gentle plateau on the southern side of the Pohorje range, beneath Reški vrh (1142 m) and Ledinekov kogel (1182 m). It's the kind of quiet spot where you can slow down and enjoy the calm of the Pohorje forests.
The surrounding landscape is classic Pohorje - rolling wooded hills, open meadows and soft ridgelines that create a peaceful, unhurried atmosphere. In winter the area turns into a popular destination for skiers and snow lovers, while summer brings easy, pleasant walks through green forest trails.
