Verkhniachka (Ukrainian: Верхня́чка) is a small village in the Stryi Raion, Lviv Oblast, Western Ukraine (name to year 1954 - Ukrainian: Вижлів). It belongs to the Koziova rural hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. The population of the village is roughly 939 people and the local government is administered by the Verkhniachkivska village council.
