Brno-Útěchov is a city district on the northern edge of the city of Brno, Czech Republic. It consists of the municipal part and cadastral territory of Útěchov (Útěchov u Brna), originally a municipality which was the last to be annexed into Brno in 1980. It has an area of 1.18 km2 and about 900 inhabitants. It is the smallest city district of Brno in terms of area. The district is completely surrounded by the forests of the Soběšice uplands.
