Rájec-Jestřebí (German: Raitz-Jestreb) is a town in Blansko District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 3,700 inhabitants. The town is located at the confluence of the Svitava River and the Býkovka Stream, in the Drahany Highlands.
The municipalities of Rájec and Jestřebí merged in 1960 and became a town in 1973. Rájec-Jestřebí is known for the Rájec nad Svitavou Castle, protected as a national cultural monument.
