Lipov (German: Lippau) is a municipality and village in Hodonín District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,400 inhabitants. Lipov, a part of traditional ethnographic region Horňácko, lies approximately 26 kilometres (16 mi) east of Hodonín, 70 km (43 mi) south-east of Brno, and 257 km (160 mi) south-east of Prague.
