Zadná hoľa (1,620 m a.s.l.) is one of those mountain tops that simply delivers — a broad, grassy summit dome sitting right on the main ridge of the Kráľova Hoľa Tatras in the Low Tatras, rewarding every visitor with a sweeping 360-degree view. It's the kind of peak that feels both accessible and genuinely wild.

The summit sits between Homôľka (1,660 m) to the west and Oravcová (1,544 m) to the east, and its low alpine meadow vegetation means there's nothing blocking the outlook in any direction. On a clear day you can pick out peaks across the Low Tatras, catch glimpses of the High and Western Tatras, the Chočské Mountains and Oravská Magura, and look south toward Poľana and the Veporské and Stolické Hills. Spring brings wildflowers to the open slopes, summer offers easy ridge walking, and autumn transforms the surrounding forests into a patchwork of gold and red. The famous 'Cesta hrdinov SNP' ridge trail runs right over the summit.
