Yarovytsia (1587 m a.s.l.) rises as one of the most distinctive summits along the Yarovets ridge in the Yalovychora Mountains, Ukrainian Carpathians. Its open, treeless top promises sweeping views and a sense of true wilderness rarely found in such an accessible corner of the Carpathians.

The mountain has an oval shape, stretching from east to northwest, where a gentle saddle connects it to the neighbouring peaks of the Yarovets ridge. The northern and southern slopes drop away steeply, giving Yarovytsia an impressively rugged profile when seen from the valleys below. Because the summit and upper zone are free of forest, the views open up naturally in several directions — to the south you can look across the Tomnatykul ridge with its peak Tomnatyk. In summer the subalpine meadows are rich with wildflowers; in autumn the surrounding forest glows with colour; in winter the windswept slopes collect dramatic snowdrifts.

• Village of Verkhniy Yalovets (northeast of the summit) — approach via the Yarovets ridge; demanding terrain, no marked tourist trails known in the area.

• Yarovytsia lies in the Putyla district of Chernivtsi Oblast — a border-adjacent area; check current access regulations before planning your trip.
• No tourist infrastructure on or near the summit.

South of Yarovytsia stretches the Tomnatykul ridge — combining both summits makes for a wonderfully remote traverse through one of the least-visited ranges in the Ukrainian Carpathians.
