Strzelec is a quiet, forested peak in the Karkonosze Foothills, tucked between the busy resort town of Karpacz and the peaceful village of Miłków. It's the kind of place you visit when you want a genuine forest walk away from the crowds heading up Śnieżka.

The summit sits on a side ridge running east from Czoło, passing through Strzelczyk before reaching Strzelec itself. The whole peak is covered in dense forest, built from Karkonosze granite, so don't expect sweeping panoramic viewpoints — instead, you get a peaceful, shaded woodland walk. In summer the forest offers welcome cool and shade, autumn brings rich colors to the trail, and winter turns the paths quiet and scenic, though a bit more caution is needed on snow and ice.
