Soliska, also known as Ubocz, is a modest and peaceful summit in the Beskid Mały range, perfect for hikers who enjoy quiet forest trails away from the crowds.

The peak belongs to the Czupel and Magurka Wilkowicka group, with its slopes descending on two sides - the eastern side toward the Maćkówka stream and the western side toward one of the tributaries of Wilczy Potok, both eventually flowing into Lake Żywiec. Today Soliska is covered in forest, but its name hints at a different past - solniska (salt licks) were once places where salt was laid out for grazing cows and sheep, meaning the hill was once open grassland rather than woodland. The ridge marks the boundary between the villages of Łodygowice and Bierna. A walk here is a calm, wooded escape suitable for any season.
