Skrajna Sieczkowa Turnia is one of three Sieczkowe Turnie peaks hidden along the eastern ridge of Świnica, deep in the High Tatras. It's a spot for those seeking wild, rarely visited corners of the Tatra ridgeline, away from the crowds.

The summit rises to about 2220 m, sandwiched between Sieczkowa Szczerba and Wyżnie Sieczkowe Siodełko. On its western side it descends towards the Kozia Valley, where it's hard to distinguish along the ridge, while to the east it drops steeply and rockily towards the Buczynowa Valley. It's a raw, rocky landscape typical of the highest parts of the Tatras, where experience and good fitness really matter.

How to reach the summit

• The Orla Perć trail runs along the western slopes of the peak, just a dozen or so meters below the top — you can spot the summit from the trail, though no marked path leads directly to it.
• Heading south from Zadni Granat, the trail descends from the ridge at Sieczkowa Szczerba and continues towards the saddle below Czarny Mniszek.

Practical information

• There is no marked trail to the summit itself — this is a destination for experienced mountaineers, not casual hikers.

The name was given in 2013 by Władysław Cywiński, honoring Maciej Gąsienica Sieczka, a former Tatra highlander guide whose footsteps were likely first followed by Father Eugeniusz Janota and Bronisław Gustawicz.
