Siná (1,560 m a.s.l.) is one of the most rewarding viewpoints in the Low Tatras, sitting just 9 km southwest of Liptovský Mikuláš. Its open summit meadows and forested ridges make it a favourite destination for hikers looking for big views without the crowds of the highest peaks.

The mountain rises along a spur running northward from the main Low Tatras ridge, with dense forest covering most of its flanks before giving way to grassy ridge sections and an open summit. On a clear day the panorama is outstanding — the Western Tatras, Orava Beskids, Choč Mountains, Krivánska Fatra and Orava Magura are all clearly visible. The eastern slopes of Siná fall within the Demänovská Dolina National Nature Reserve, adding a layer of natural richness to the hike. In autumn the surrounding forests turn spectacular shades of gold and red.
