Prorokowa Góra (584 m a.s.l.) is a quiet, forested summit in the Żurawnica Group of the Beskid Mały range in southern Poland — a perfect destination if you enjoy peaceful hiking through pastoral Carpathian landscapes without the crowds.

The summit itself is covered in forest, so the best views come not from the very top but from the ridge section connecting Prorokowa Góra with the neighbouring Bacowskie Wierchy (Kocurowa Góra). From there you can admire the nearby Gołuszkowa peak, the Jałowiec Range, the Żywiec Beskids and the summits above Lachowice. The southern and south-eastern slopes are draped in meadows and farmland, giving the area a charming, traditional highland feel. The northern slopes drop steeply towards the Tarnawka valley, while to the south the terrain descends gently into the amphitheatre-shaped valley of the Błądzonka stream. In spring and autumn, the whole area takes on a wonderfully wild, unhurried atmosphere typical of the Carpathian foothills.
