The Ofentalhörndl (2513 m) is a lesser-known twin-summited peak within the Hochkalter massif of the Berchtesgaden Alps, offering a genuinely wild and quiet alternative to the busier neighboring summits.

The mountain sits above the Ofental valley, where the tilted, plate-like layers of Dachstein limestone typical of the Hochkalter massif are especially visible, a striking reminder of the tectonic forces that shaped these peaks.
