Mittlerer Rofenbergkopf rises to 3113 metres in the Weißkam ridge of the Ötztal Alps, straddling the border between Austrian Tyrol and Italian South Tyrol. It's the lowest of the named summits in the Rofenbergköpfe group, but still delivers the rugged high-alpine feel this region is known for.
