Mała Rawka (1272 m a.s.l.) is one of those Bieszczady summits that rewards you with a panorama far greater than the effort required to reach it. Sitting atop the Dział ridge near the village of Ustrzyki Górne, it offers an open alpine meadow at the top and views that will stay with you long after you descend.

From the summit you can take in some of the most iconic Bieszczady massifs — the Tarnica group, Połonina Wetlińska and Połonina Caryńska. The small but fully open summit meadow means there is nothing blocking the horizon in any direction. In autumn, when beech trees and rowans blaze with gold and crimson, the scenery is particularly breathtaking. A ridge running to the northeast connects the peak via Wyżniańska Pass toward Połonina Caryńska.

• From Wielka Rawka — connecting trail between both peaks, approx. 20 min, easy

• The ascent from the base of the peak involves approximately 300 metres of elevation gain.
• The PTTK mountain hut 'Pod Małą Rawką' is located nearby, offering accommodation and meals.
• The pass between Mała Rawka and Wielka Rawka (1254 m) is home to the highest-altitude forest found anywhere in the Polish Bieszczady.

Botanists and nature lovers will be pleased to know that the slopes of Mała Rawka host two rare plant species found in Poland — Tozzia alpina subsp. carpatica and Prunus mahaleb, both recorded here as notable local finds.
