Lysyna Kosmacka (1,465 m a.s.l.) is one of the most intriguing summits in the Pokuttya-Bukovyna Carpathians — a bare, open peak rising above the village of Kosmach, with traces of an ancient pagan sanctuary hidden just below its highest point. The summit itself is treeless, offering sweeping views across the surrounding ridges. To the south stands Rotylo (1,491 m), the highest peak of the Pokuttya-Bukovyna Carpathians; to the southwest rises Horde (1,478.7 m), and to the southeast Gregit (1,472 m). The northern and eastern slopes are steep and densely forested, while the open summit plateau feels spacious and airy. In spring the hilltop meadows burst with wildflowers; autumn turns the surrounding forests into a blaze of colour.
