Hinterer Brunnenkogel is a striking summit in the Ötztal Alps that offers something rare: genuine high-alpine scenery reachable by cable car almost all the way to the top. It's a perfect spot for anyone who wants to experience glacier views and 3000-metre peaks without a demanding climb.

From the summit viewing platform, a sweeping panorama unfolds across the entire Ötztal Alps, including a striking view of the north face of the Wildspitze, Austria's second-highest peak, just three kilometres to the south. In winter, the mountain is wrapped in glacier ice and snow, with sharp ridgelines and crisp alpine air. In summer, as snow retreats, the rocky summit structure is revealed and views stretch far across Tyrol.
