Mała Czantoria is a modest yet charming summit in the Silesian Beskids, standing along the main ridge of the Stożek and Czantoria range, less than 3 km from its bigger sibling, Czantoria Wielka. It's the northernmost 'Beskid' peak on the watershed between the Vistula and Oder rivers — a fun fact geography lovers will appreciate.

The mountain is covered mostly with beech-spruce forest, and its steep slopes are built of thick-bedded siliceous sandstones. Near the summit, open meadows once buzzed with shepherding life — in the early 20th century, herds of up to 200 sheep grazed here. Today the atmosphere is quieter, though small flocks may still be spotted grazing in summer. The summit meadow offers views west and north — you can see the Cieszyn Foothills stretching from Cieszyn to Skoczów, and on clear days even Lake Goczałkowickie, 24 km away. In autumn and winter, the trails take on a quiet, intimate character.

• Goleszów railway station — green trail, approx. 2:30 h (via Tuł, approx. 1 h), moderate difficulty
• Ustroń Zdrój railway station — yellow trail, approx. 1:30 h
• Czantoria Wielka — green trail, approx. 1 h, easy ridge connection

Until 1984, a mountain hut named after this peak operated on its northeastern slopes — now just a memory, but the mountain itself still welcomes hikers seeking peace away from the crowds.
